Cheryl Almstrom
Owner, Cheryl, is an experienced business support administrator with more than 30 years of experience. She has gained much of her experience working as a retail business owner, executive assistant, bookkeeper, traffic manager, office manager and as owner of EOS. As a business support administrator, Cheryl and her staff have worked with an executive consulting firm, a coach training organization, a specialty food business, a web-hosting business, remodeling/handyman businesses, business coaches, a large international corporation, a nonprofit organization, and more. Her business, which has evolved into an “all-in-one” business support company, is active and successful and has been in operation since 2001.
Cheryl likes to be busy. When she is not in the office, she is an active member of her church and enjoys camping, gardening, canoeing and travel. Cheryl also spends a lot of her free time with family. She has two grown and happily married children, three adorable grandchildren, three cute dogs and has been happily married for 39 years.
Stacey Dalpe
Operations Manager, Stacey, who has worked at EOS since January 2012, is Cheryl’s “good right arm,” handling most aspects of the business. She provides top-notch customer service and can resolve nearly any problem as it happens. Stacey has over 20 years of business experience as a hair stylist, customer service representative, account executive and director of a high-volume call center. She has managed up to eight direct-report employees, along with managing five off-site locations with full staff at each location. She has strong organizational, troubleshooting, problem-solving, time-management, communication and presentation skills. Stacey studied for her Series 6 certification while working for a large financial company where she also learned insurance writing. She has also provided moderate tech support and project-managed a VOIP phone system for 75 users in six offices.
At home, Stacey enjoys attending her teenage son’s many sporting events, their two dogs and large family gatherings. The family also likes to hike, travel, go snowmobiling and visit new restaurants. Organic gardening and cooking are also among Stacey’s favorite pastimes.
Angela Pignataro Nummy
Staff Accountant, Angela, is a small business accounting professional and provides bookkeeping services to EOS clients. She is diligent, organized and knowledgeable and a valuable member of the EOS staff. Angela has an Associate of Science degree in business administration from Quinsigamond Community College and and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Assumption College. She has over 10 years of experience in tax work, primarily individual tax prep, which she loves, as well as corporate returns and representation. Angela has worked as a staff accountant, providing a full suite of accounting services to sole proprietors and corporations. She has also worked as the office manager at a public golf course, while serving as our Staff Accountant.
When Angela isn’t working, her first priority is family. She spends as much time with them as possible. She also enjoys running, gardening and winter sports, and goes to the ocean with her daughter often.
Chantal Goodwin
Office Assistant, Chantal, is a quick study, eager learner, diligent worker and a big help in this busy office where she has worked part-time since February 2013. Chantal, a Senior at UMass Dartmouth, majoring in nursing, continues to assist us weekly. She handles the behind the scenes office work and keeps us organized.
Aside from work, Chantal loves hanging out with family and friends, enjoys being involved in the student nurses association at school, and enjoys the winter season.
Lois Kemmer
Client Services, Lois, has a diverse background in business processes, financial evaluation, and customer service from a large business retailer. She is proficient in many aspects of business operations and data management with a certification in Business Process Flow Diagramming as well as Building User Requirements for software design. Her organizational talents, enthusiasm, and customer support and communication skills make her an asset to EOS.
When Lois isn’t working, her first priority is her husband. She enjoys yard work, singing, and participating in the church music programs and events.
Shawna Corey
Office Assistant, Shawna, is currently a senior in high school. This is her first part time job. Shawna is currently being trained by Chantal and is very excited to start working in the EOS office.
Outside of the office, Shawna is an active member of her church’s youth group and takes part in her school’s choir. She also takes part in dance classes.
