Effective
Office Services (EOS) began in 2001, as a one person operation, by owner
Cheryl Almstrom. In time,
Cheryl’s husband Donald joined EOS as technical and communications
support. He is now in charge
of Technical Operations. In
late 2006, EOS took the first step towards offering additional services,
beyond the scope of basic bookkeeping and customer service, in pursuit of
becoming a total ‘all in one’ service business, capable of providing
total administrative support in virtually all office related categories.
Cheryl brought on her first sub-contractor, another successful
Virtual Assistant, with varied skills and expertise, to be part of the
team. This laid the ground
work for today’s structure. EOS
is a successful and vibrant business with Cheryl and three other Virtual
Associates and two in-house Associates.
EOS offers services ranging from Customer Service,
Calendar/Scheduling Management, to Bookkeeping and Payroll services.
If EOS cannot do the work, we find someone who can. Cheryl’s
goals for the future of EOS is to continue to find new and innovative ways
to assist businesses with all of their administrative needs, creating and
simulating an atmosphere of having their own on-site office staff,
handling every aspect of their operations, without the added costs of
office space, office equipment, training or owners professional time.
Partnering with select Virtual Assistants, with varied expertise,
will allow EOS to offer businesses a total Virtual Office.
Cheryl knows about running a business alone, the costs...both
personally and financially, and the time it takes to manage it all.
She understands the needs of the small business owner and has made
it her personal mission to find ways to fill those needs, in a cost
effective and efficient model. About Cheryl Almstrom
Cheryl
enjoys being busy.
When she is not in the office, she volunteers her time as a merit badge
counselor for the Boy Scouts of America and is an active member and
Treasurer of her church.
Cheryl also spends a great deal of time with her family. She has
two grown children and a husband of 30 years. About
Susan Lucibello
Susan Lucibello joined the EOS Team
with an extensive background in the newspaper industry. Her skills and experience were gained
by working in a variety of roles within the corporate world over the past
20 years. She enjoyed a successful career at two top leading newspapers in
the nation, providing executive and administrative assistance to
high-level executives, as well as working in a sales and marketing and
management environment. With
an extensive background that combines efficiency and expediency with
friendly, professional service, Susan focuses on the continuous
improvement of her skills. She maintains the latest technology, always
working to find new ways to help EOS clients focus on what they love to do
best – grow their business. Susan’s specialties include word processing, proofreading, editing,
desktop publishing, document formatting, presentations, transcription,
website updating and supporting coaches, speakers and writers. Her goal is to work with EOS clients to help make their life simpler. To take over their administrative work so they don’t have to worry about the things that keep their business running in the background. All of us at EOS are committed to client care and client satisfaction.

Jaclyn Croft
Jaclyn
Croft has over twenty-five years of administrative and executive
secretarial experience, including having provided support to several
levels of executives in the Operations, Training, Franchise Sales, Legal
and Executive Departments of a major franchising company. Her focus is on
providing an affordable means for business owners to spend more time
focusing on their business, taking care of their clients’ needs, and
doing what is necessary to take their growing business to the next level
and beyond. Jaclyn’s specialties include word processing, digital transcription, desktop publishing, presentations, spreadsheets, database and contact management, website updates, proofreading and editing. She is excited to be an EOS Associate and welcomes the opportunity to work with EOS clients. Jaclyn believes that all business owners should have the same access to administrative support benefits that executives have in major corporations. Her goal is to enhance EOS client businesses by providing them the administrative support they deserve. She will strive to make a positive impact on their productivity and work with them to achieve all of their goals.
About Leslie Jackson Associate
Leslie
Jackson joins the EOS Team with over 28 years experience in bookkeeping and
payroll services in a variety of industries. Her industry experience
includes: Automotive Services, Commercial and Residential Real Estate,
Accounting and CPA Services, General Contracting, Construction, Restaurant,
Manufacturing, Electrical Supply, Fitness, Pet Services, Health and Beauty
Services. Leslie’s
